Photography Props Swing

What props can I use for a motion photography project?

I have to do an in class motion photography project. This means that I only have one person to work with. What props can I use?
some Ideas so far are:
Flushing toilet
jumping
running
Dropping things
Flicking/ spinning pens
Swinging feet

theres a difference between stop motion photography, and motion…

try this, its called panning… take a ball, (Football size) and get your helper to roll the ball against the wall, and back, then pan with teh ball to essentially freeze it, against the moving background.

it takes some practice, but the effects are quite stunning. you can use almost anything which moves to show movement.
